Welcome to Two Girls, One Spiral. Hosted by Amber Izzo & Annabel Gammack, two good friends with far too many thoughts and absolutely no ability to leave anything at “it is what it is.” It’s an hour long voice note with your friend where you somehow cover everything from relationships, internet drama, feminism, something mildly traumatic from 2016 and whether or not everyone secretly hates you.
