<p>Prior to writing and producing over 100 songs for the <strong>The Robert Valor Project label</strong>, and prior to writing 13 romance and murder novels, this former podcaster, <strong>Robert Knauer, </strong>better known by his stage name of <strong>ROBERT VALOR, was </strong>a former naval officer, professor of contracts and ethics, senior contracting officer for the federal government and was advisor to the FAA, DOD, DOL and DOT.
