Damian Nixey is a Central Coast-based DJ blending organic, deep and progressive house with touches of melodic techno. His sets focus on atmosphere, emotion and carefully built energy — often with a few “twinkly bits” woven in. Damian has played several Human Sense events around Sydney, including Evolve, the Maroubra Beach gathering and Nights at Stanley’s in Darlinghurst. He has also performed for 17,000 runners at the Blackmores Sydney Running Festival and appeared as a guest DJ on HeyDJ AU after placing in The DJMixtape competition. His earlier appearances include Club Libertaire, Dust Bar and Lopsided in London, A State of Dance in Auckland and The Loft UTS in Sydney.
