About

Welcome to Into the Green Zone, hosted by Accredited Exercise Physiologists Ellen Masson and Meredith Woolsey. Season five explores how you can rebuild your relationship with movement in a way that feels supportive, sustainable and realistic. We discuss the science behind exercise, challenge common myths and share practical ways to approach movement with more confidence and less pressure. This season is for people living with chronic illness, chronic pain, disability or neurodivergence, people recovering from an eating disorder, and anyone who feels worn down by all-or-nothing fitness advice. It also offers clinicians a more inclusive and person-centred way to talk about movement with their clients. A note about our earlier episodes: seasons one to four were released as Into the Red Zone and hosted by Ellen Masson and Tait Brown. Each episode features a different guest and explores a healthcare topic relevant to clients, clinicians or both. Once you finish Into the Green Zone, you can browse our earlier episodes and choose the topics that interest you.
