The Order of the Holy Cross is an Anglican Benedictine monastic community of men founded in 1884 by James Otis Sargent Huntington to provide a specifically North American expression of monasticism. Our commitment to worship and prayer has sustained our work since the 19th century. Our primary ministry is welcoming guests on individual and group retreats.
